Currently we are providing payment options for you to checkout using PayPal, direct bank transfer or credit cards.  Payment options may be revised or added to in the future.

If your total order is in stock and delivered together then your shipping charges will be calculated using the base delivery cost of each item with an additional 50% of the shipping cost per each additional item. This delivery charge will be calculated when your basket is finalised before payment. Should you have any special requirements then please contact us via the Contact Us page.

No. We do not unpack your items for you unless this is previously agreed, our courier service for larger items will deliver your items to your desired location and the rest is up to you.

Yes. If you are unhappy with your items then you have a 14 day window to inform us and we can arrange a full refund or an exchange. Returns Policy

Currently we do not have a showroom and everything is online, however in the future we will be opening a showroom for customers to visit and you can stay updated on this via our social media channels.

No, we currently only deliver within the UK.

This depends on the items in your order, we aim to have all small items delivered within a week but with larger items this will take longer. You will be updated about your delivery timescale via email.

Shipping & Returns

 

Extra Large Items £35 for UK mainland.          3-4 weeks
Large Items £30 for UK mainland                     2-3 weeks
Medium Items £12 for UK mainland                 3-7 days
Extra/Small Items £6-9 for UK mainland          1-3 days

All delivery costs will be calculated before you confirm your order, based on weight and sizing.

All orders over £1000 will be subject to free delivery.

Extra Large & Large Furniture

 

All extra large items will be delivered by a specialist delivery team, they will contact you before your delivery to give you a time slot.

Please ensure there is a clear pathway for our couriers to deliver the items, they will deliver to your address but not assemble items unless previously agreed.

If you decide an item is unsuitable, please email us and we can organize a collection of the item (a pick-up charge will be incurred, and we will notify you of this at the time).

Other Items

 

Our smaller products will be delivered via tracked courier such as DPD or royal mail

You will be notified via text message or email with an estimated delivery day and a unique tracking number. Our standard delivery is 3-7 working days starting at £6.

If your order also includes any extra large furniture items, your small items will be delivered with your furniture by our courier team

Changing a delivery to your “safe place” is entirely at your risk, we do not accept any responsibility for missing parcels left in your safe place

Some items are classed as medium parcels and will therefore incur a higher delivery cost

Returns

 

You will have 14 days from delivery to return items purchased online, your item will need to be in its original and unused condition.

Our products are well packed for shipping but on the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged then please contact us as soon as possible via the details on our website. We will then arrange to have the item replaced or organize a full refund.
